Cloning Function
Copy configuration settings from one CP-WX4022WN to others via a USB memory stick. Cloning can save most projector settings, including gamma and keystone.
ImageCare Technology
ImageCare is a lamp power control function designed to combine optimal picture performance with enhanced energy savings by decreasing energy usage while augmenting contrast ratio and lengthening lamp life to reduce maintenance costs.
DICOM Simulation Mode
The CP-WX4022WN offers a DICOM Simulation Mode that allows the projector to simulate the results of devices compliant with the Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) Part 14 standardized display function, for display of grayscale images. The DICOM Simulation Mode, which supports both Blue and Clear Base, adjusts the gradation between the minimum and the maximum luminance, so gradation is distributed optimally. This feature is optimized for displaying medical images such as X-rays, CAT scans, and MRIs, which makes the CP-WX4022WN useful for non-diagnostic purposes such as lectures, academic meetings, and hospital conferences. This feature is recommended for use in medical schools for training and educational use only.
Intelligent Eco and Saver Modes
These modes automatically change the brightness of the lamp according to the brightness level on the screen. They also automatically change lamp brightness if there is no change in the screen image for a set time. Along with ImageCare technology, the CP-WX4022WN can produce a quality image with enhanced energy savings.
Perfect Fit 2
Perfect Fit 2 enables you to adjust individual corners and sides of the image independent of one another. It also provides vertical and horizontal digital correction of either barrel or pincushion distortions, as well as geometric and complicated distortions, helping you fit the image to the screen quickly and easily.
Stackable Design
Using the lens shift and Perfect Fit 2, you can stack two projectors for nearly double the light output.
Microphone Input
A microphone can be plugged into the projector for more dynamic presentations. The microphone input even functions in standby mode.
Network Control, Maintenance, and Security
Embedded networking allows you to manage and control multiple projectors over your LAN. Features include event scheduling, centralized reporting, image transfer, and email alerts for reactive and routine maintenance.
Computer-Less Presentation
By using a USB memory stick or other storage device, you can project stored files without a computer. Your files will be displayed as thumbnails, and there is also a slideshow function. Supported file types include JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, AVI, and MOV with frame rates under 12 fps at 640 x 480 resolution.
PJMessenger
The PJMessenger function allows you to send and display text messages and audio alerts on your networked projectors, making it easy to send announcements out through multiple units.
Present Content via LAN
Hitachi’s networking software allows you to send content directly from your computer to the projector via your LAN connection.
Serial Number and Media Access Control Label
A label is affixed to the side of the projector to provide easy access its model name, serial number, and MAC address while mounted in ceiling use.
Transition Detector and Security Bar
A security sensor located inside the projector recognizes when the projector has been movedl Moving the projector without using the correct PIN will disable the projector.
Wireless Presentation Ready with Optional Adapter
Connect the projector to a computer or network using the optional USBWL11N USB wireless adapter, which supports IEEE 802.11b/g/n.
Projector Quick Connection iOS App
The Hitachi iOS app offers projector control and the capability to display photos, document files, and website contents. It works over your LAN via the projector’s RJ-45 port or an optional wireless adapter.
