What is an installation ?
What we call an installation is any bespoke project that requires installation of equipment – this might be a new LED dancefloor for your venue or some effects to lighten a shop window. Over the years, we have installed lighting, sound, audio-visual systems and AV installiations in many of London’s best known venues including nightclubs, bars, hotels, and restaurants, places of worship and even a boat and a limousine! How do I request a quote ?
You can either call our Installations team on 020 7607 4444 to discuss your project or you can send a quick email to installations@halo.co.uk. Someone will be in touch very quickly.
Can you meet us on site to discuss our project? Do you charge ?
Yes, we can meet you on site to discuss your project. This may be the best way to assess your requirements. We do not charge for an initial meeting.
Can I visit you to discuss my project ?
Our team of experts will be happy to take your project from inception. From an initial visit and subsequent consultations, we will produce the right design for your vision, source and provide equipment, fabricate custom solutions where necessary and provide installation services.Â
How long does an installation take from start to finish ?
Time may vary from one project to another depending on the complexity and scope of the installation. We will always agree timelines at the early stages of the project.
Do you provide maintenance and repair services for installations?
If you want peace of mind regarding your installation, we can offer you after sale maintenance contracts as well as technical support, for all AV installations, London or elsewhere. Please feel free to discuss with our team.
Where can I find your terms and conditions ?
On our website and on every quotation, you will find a handy link to our T+Cs. You will need to accept these before you can confirm an installation with us.
