This year was a powerful reminder of the range and depth of work that makes London Design Week one of the most exciting moments in the global design calendar.
Mastercard Conference Event Production London - June 4th
When it comes to event production in London, few briefs land quite like this one. Halo had the pleasure of supporting Dynamic Yield by Mastercard’s Personalization Pioneers conference at Abbey Road Studios — one of the most iconic and instantly recognisable venues in the world. The event brought together hundreds of digital and ecommerce professionals from across Europe for a full day of keynotes, roundtables, and workshops exploring the future of personalisation, AI-driven customer experience, and experimentation strategy. Abbey Road offered something no conventional conference centre ever could: a space charged with creative history and genuine atmosphere, giving the day a sense of occasion that delegates felt from the moment they arrived. From breakfast through to an evening reception, Dynamic Yield by Mastercard delivered a programme that matched the ambition of the setting — and Halo was proud to be the production team behind it.

Private Party Production with Barbara Simpson - June 6th
Barbara Simpson Design enlisted Halo to bring to life a stunning private birthday party — and what better place to celebrate than one of London’s most iconic venues. Event production in London rarely gets more special than this. Studios 1 and 2 were transformed for an unforgettable evening, with a music theme woven through every detail. The rooms were dressed to perfection with stunning table set ups, mirror balls casting their magic across the space, a dancefloor, and live music filling the same studios where some of the greatest albums ever recorded came to life.
Delivering event production in London across heritage spaces like Abbey Road requires a genuine understanding of what makes these venues so special — and a commitment to preserving that character whilst layering in world-class production values.
